Return & Refund Policy

At Mventus for Industrial Equipment, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible to return the product under the terms outlined below.


1. Eligibility for Returns


You may request a return within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery, provided that:

  • The product was supplied by Mventus directly.
  • The product is unused, undamaged, and in original, unopened packaging.
  • The product has not been installed or operated.
  • The return is requested within the return window.


Note: The customer may return an entire order or specific items within the order.


2. Non-Returnable Products


Returns will not be accepted for the following:


  • Used, damaged, or missing items.
  • Chemical products or those with expiry dates.
  • Promotional, clearance, or free bundled items.
  • Customized or made-to-order equipment.
  • Items not sold directly by Mventus or authorized partners.


3. Return Process


To initiate a return:


  • Contact us at support@mventus.com or +966-xxx-xxxxxx within 7 days.
  • Provide your order number, reason for return, and any supporting images.
  • Wait for authorization and shipping instructions.
  • Return the product via the specified courier or method.


4. Refund Policy


Upon successful inspection of the returned item:


  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
  • You will be notified once your refund has been processed.


5. Return Shipping Costs


  • Covered by Mventus: If the return is due to product defect, damage during shipping, or incorrect delivery.
  • Customer’s Responsibility: For returns due to change of mind, ordering error, or non-defective products. Shipping and bank transfer fees will be deducted.


6. Refused Delivery


If the customer refuses to accept delivery without a valid reason:


  • The cost of delivery, return shipping, and any applicable bank charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
