By using this website for purchasing or browsing, you accept and agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree or are unable to comply with any part of these terms, we advise you not to use our services.
2. Eligibility to Use
Mventus services are available only to those who can legally represent themselves under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. If you are under 18, you may only use the website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these terms. Users outside Saudi Arabia are responsible for compliance with local laws.
3. Amendments
Mventus reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of the site constitutes your acceptance of any changes.
4. Account Registration
You are responsible for:
• Providing accurate and up-to-date registration information.
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
• All actions taken under your account credentials.
If you suspect unauthorized activity, contact Mventus immediately. We are not responsible for any loss resulting from your failure to secure your account.
5. Electronic Communications
By using our website, you consent to receive all communications from us electronically. We may record and monitor calls, emails, or other communications for quality assurance and training.
6. Pricing & Sales Terms
• Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.
• All listed prices include VAT.
• Price changes may affect products in your cart or pending orders.
• Orders are confirmed only after approval and payment verification.
7. Customer Data & Responsibility
You are responsible for updating your personal information (shipping address, email, phone number, etc.) to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
8. Order Discrepancies
In case of quantity/type mismatch at delivery, the customer must:
• Note the issue on the delivery note or bill of lading.
• Notify Mventus customer service on the same day of receipt.
Complaints received after this window may not be accepted.
9. Return Policy
You may return eligible products within 7 days of receipt, subject to the following:
• Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
• Returns must be approved by Mventus and inspected upon receipt.
• Items like chemicals, samples, and promotional items are non-returnable.
• In case of product defects or wrong delivery, return is free of charge.
• For other reasons, shipping and bank fees are deducted from the refund.
If an order is refused at delivery, a return will be processed after deducting return shipping and bank charges.

Important conditions:
• Misuse, environmental damage, neglect, or non-compliant maintenance voids warranty.
• Only genuine or Mventus-approved spare parts are allowed.
• The warranty applies only to products sold by Mventus or its authorized agents.
• Serial number must match invoice/warranty card.
• Consumables (motors, wires, filters, etc.) are excluded from warranty.
• Third-party evaluations will only be honored if Mventus service center results are disputed and proven incorrect.
11. Delivery Policy
• Deliveries are made on working days (excluding Fridays and Saturdays).
• If an order is delayed beyond 10 working days, please contact customer service.
• Delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed. Mventus is not liable for delays beyond our control.
12. Errors in Pricing or Product Details
Mventus reserves the right to correct pricing or technical description errors at any time. Affected orders may be canceled with appropriate customer notification.
13. Intellectual Property
All website content is the property of Mventus for Industrial Equipment.
• Unauthorized copying, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited.
• No part of the site may be stored in another system or transmitted without written permission.
